Educational Assistant Diploma

Early Learning Child Care Certificate Level II

Early Learning Child Care Certificate (ECC) Level 2 is a foundational program for aspiring childcare educators. It covers child development, health and safety, curriculum planning, positive guidance, communication skills, and diversity inclusion. The hands-on practicum provides real-world experience. Graduates can pursue entry-level positions in early childhood education settings.

Early Learning Child Care Diploma Level III

The purpose of this program is to offer students a hands-on and practical way to learn about child care. It includes various learning methods such as lectures, group discussions, practical experience, video presentations, and talks from guest speakers. The program adheres to the instructional and practicum hours required by the provincial Children’s Services, Early Childhood Development Branch. Students will complete their practicums at their current workplaces. Upon completion of the program, graduates will obtain their Level 3 Certifications through the provincial Ministry of Education, qualifying them to run their own daycares successfully.
